Unit 7 Madeleaze (Gloucester)

In order to revitalise Unit 7C, we started a large construction project at Madeleaze. Before starting any masonry repairs, we carefully disassembled the current offices and isolated building services. Drainage inspections and asbestos removal guaranteed functionality and safety. Improvements included composite roofing, electrical services, new windows, and cladding repairs. New floor coverings, contemporary bathrooms, and ornamental accents were among the interior improvements. Groundwork, tarmac, and new drainage systems created a strong base, while concrete hardstanding guaranteed longevity. The project's sustainability was prioritised with the installation of PV panels.
